Albuquerque All inclusive Vacations

Staff was amazing. All of our encounters were pleasant. They went out of their way to help and be friendly. The room was adequate. A bit worn in places, but generally nice and comfortable.

It was very nice and clean. kinda expensive though.

The restaurant was uncomfortable cold, limited menu selection, the shrimp cocktail presentation was lacking imagination. When we dined there the first time the appetizers came out the same time as the entrees and were cold. The hamburger was asked to be medium well and came charred on the outside. Had to dine there a second time as there were no decent restaurants nearby to walk to. The room was nice, yet the bathroom was quite small, and the mini refrigerator was unstable as well as noisy at times. The hotel over all was quite chilly with it being extremely cold outside.
