I think this hotel charges too much for what it provides. Just lacks a real 4 star experience. Room was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom was pretty gross. They also didn’t leave us any body wash in the shower. Had 2 shampoos. We checked to and confirmed it was supposed to be body wash. Airco didn’t work so the room was hot. It just lacks any attention to detail and for $300+ a night, it’s just not worth the cost. Room was pretty outdated and staff seemed seemed overworked. They needed more cleaners and front desk people. Basically trying to run a hotel understaffed and it shows.

The service was so-so, the room cleanliness was average, and the breakfast selection was very limited; in fact, if a tour group had already finished eating, there was practically nothing left to eat. I would advise against staying at this hotel.
