Pool, tennis courts and front entrance was out of action being renovated but the rooms have been renovated and they were very nice. Straits restaurant is nice but the Lobby Bar lacked atmosphere and was a bit sparse of furniture. But we would stay again.

The room (which we received a free upgrade for) was very clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfasts were superb for a continental one. The sound proofing was excellent, as was the choice of restaurants nearby. The only issue was that the shower while fully accessible, meant that water ran all over the floor. The toilet seat also needs to be replaced.
