Excellently located and good value. We had a 'suite' that was over two floors and had two bathrooms. Perfect for our family of 4.

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and kind staff. Rooms are also lovely and spacious.

Several cafes for breakfast were 200/300 meters away.

Worth paying for a room upgrade if you can. We had a good sized room, with huge bed on Floor 6 with a balcony. Hotel left a small bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday which was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel in good location, very quiet. 10 minute walk to the Metro which was so easy (and cheap!) to use to get to the Old Town. Convenient shop next door to hotel and atm machine in lobby was very handy. Didnt use the bar but it didnt look staffed a lot of the time. Only two negatives. Breakfast was quite basic, no croissants or pastries, lack of fruit choices to go with yogurt, limited hot food choices, poor coffee, not 4 star selection in my opinion. Nice modern bathroom but bath/shower quite high to climb into, could do with a grab rail nearby for safety measure. Overall, a good hotel in a great location and I would stay again.

Great location, minutes from the main square and astronomical clock. In walking distance to the main attractions. Classy hotel, staff helpful and polite especially Patrick.

Great lication for Old town attractions and tram stop 5 minutes walk. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Also a very good breakfast to start the say.
