Great location with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to the airport, Old Town, and the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and functional, with restaurants and a mini market just steps away.

Rooms are comfortable - super comfy beds, quality pillows, linen, feather duvet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic location 5 mins from Charles Bridge and the Castle.

Check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! So clean and had everything we needed, the house keeping team do a great job, thank you for making our stay wonderful! Breakfast was good everything you needed to start the day. A few small grips, our first night we had dinner in the hotel, the welcome was a bit cold and sharp. The head waiter didn't seem like he was in the best mood to be honest and I asked could I swap a main course off the TDH for the mussels special but was told no I would have to paid the full price for the dish, even though it was less expensive than the dish I ended up having. He was very unfriendly and it put us off dining at the hotel again. We arrived back our 2nd day to have a drink in the garden to be told no there was a private event being set up starting at 6pm, it was 3pm at this time so we got showed to a very warm room set up for dinner, we drank our drinks and left as it wasn't what we had hoped for. The spa was beautiful we use the Roman bath, steam bath and had massages which made us so relaxed. All in all a wonderful stay!

Very convenient and quiet.

Not clean. I left and found a new hotel. Hair in sink. Bodily fluid stains on sheets towels and walls. Dirt everywhere. Would not recommend staying here unfortunately.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Prague. The apartment itself was beautiful, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially loved having a closet and vanity to get ready. Petra was very responsive whenever we had a question. She was also really accommodating with both check in and check out, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
