Everything was very nice. Communication was very good. Bedroom was small and difficult for two people

This is a wonderful, clean and spacious apartment. In addition to living and bedroom areas it includes a kitchenette with all types of cooking accessories. The location is perfect: across the street from the Bolhoa Market and a street away from pedestrian shopping areas featuring all sorts of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and major attractions. Parking is located at a nearby parking garage. (It is worth noting that the signage on the apartment building is very small and can be easily missed. The entrance is next to an optometry shop.) I will stay here again when in Porto.

We’ve just come back from our stay at The Editory House Ribeira Porto Hotel, my second visit in the last two years, and honestly it was just as great as the first time. The staff are such a big part of why we love it here — everyone is so friendly and welcoming, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It really makes a difference. We also really appreciated how well they handled our gluten intolerance. The fresh bread and muffins for breakfast were amazing. They were super understanding and made sure we always had safe options, which took all the stress out of eating while we were away. All in all, another fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back again!

Fantastic hotel. Everything we expected and more. Great room, air conditioning and well organized and spacious bathroom. Lots room for toiletries…

Everything in the hotel and room was great. The room was wonderful and the oversize bath towels are a huge plus. Location was also very good. Now, for the one negative, and it is a huge negative that would prevent us from staying here again! In the lobby by the reception desk, the hotel has a plug in device that gives off a constant mist with an overpowering strong scent that is unpleasant and overwhelming. It is so powerful, that even when you left the hotel, it lingered on for several minutes.

I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all. Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!

We wish we had stayed here longer! All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.
