It’s really nice hotel and it’s close to everything.

Our family of four stayed very comfortably in basically a 2 separate units with its own small hallway which had a locked door from the rest of the hotel. Each unit had its own bathroom, tv, closet, bed and very importantly, AC! We had plenty of space to move around which is rare in a hotel in Paris. The pool and sauna room was also amazing. If you have chrome cast on your phone, you can stream your own tv/movie in the projector. We didn’t get the continental breakfast they offer but during the day they had refreshments, bakery, cake or fruits out for anyone to take. And they were ALL delicious! Oh, and please try the Indian food right next door! The best Indian food we ever had!

This wasn't the 4 star hotel I expected.We was a family of 4 in a family room. 1) I asked for extra pillows for the room as we wanted extra pillows. There was a belief of disgust of asking for an extra pillow. Even to the extent the staff member came to the room and said one pillow only person person. There was 2 adults 2 children and was only allowed one each. How ridiculous 2) We asked for an iron. As no one would answer the room phone. My wife physically went to reception 3 x times. On third occasion we was told there was no staff to bring an iron to our room. We asked if we can collect the iron from reception and the answer was NO. We had to bring our clothes from 2nd floor to the small iron room in the reception area. 3) The staff at Novotel are rude at reception and there tone is disgusting. 4) i enquired about hotel taxi to take us to the airport. I was told 30 euros for the 10 minute journey by reception staff but just needed to confirm with my wife. When I went to book a taxi Novotel reception staff contacted a friend on WhatsApp physically on view and because it was at 4am he quoted 45 euro. We ended up booking an UBER for 25 euro. If you going to benefit yourself please be more suttle 5) The hotel itself needs a good clean. It smells of mould and damp in the corridors. Would not recommend this Novotel hotel

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! the facilities are fantastically maintained and linens changed everyday. Nice selection of drinks at the bar, and bottles of water in your room that are refilled daily. The staff is excellent and have great food and bar recommendations as well as some smaller sights to see. i Arrived about 4 hours before check in and they were able to hold my baggage in a dedicated room until check in and gave me a map to start exploring the area. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers as well as couples
