Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Not many shops nearby

We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Quite limited breakfast menu. But comfortable hotel and safe.

Very clean and quiet room. Beautiful sea view. Well equipped and plenty of storage. Close to beach, transportation and restaurants. Convenient shuttle to TST. And excellent value. My wife and I had a wonderful week's stay.

The hotel was easy to find, it's in a cool area of Hong Kong, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was great - spacious and comfortable They also gave me a free upgrade because a better room was available - overall I'd definitely stay there again.
