I love the location of this hotel. My only minor complaint was that my bed was lumpy. The other bed in the room was not. But like I said it was a minor thing.

Outstanding property & staff!

Overall is good but 1 concern we encountered is there is a clicking sound in our room or near our room, that distracts my husband while sleeping.

I spent only one night at this property and found the staff (front desk, concierge, housekeeping) particularly helpful. I lost my wedding ring on the 5th floor neare the elevator, and could not find it. While I was not, in the end, successful, the people at the reservations desk and in housekpeeping went above expectations to try to locate it for me. The concierge ewas helpful in finding an excellent restaurant (Congee Queen) and in giving directions.

Definitely will be back! Came in for a long weekend and had a ball! Was a bit put off by only one of three functional elevators BUT everything else was peachy.

Place was very nice the only thing that was not good they didn’t have a pool other than that very nice, close to everything and clean
