The staff, and amenities were great, the only complaint I have is that even a fter all windows closed and curtains down, some traffic noise came thru.

Location was perfect. Layout was accessible. Very clean. Even during peak traffic hours, things moved along steadily. Only complaint is at the end of our trip. I was an obviously tired woman, with a young son in tow, and at 6am in the lobby with multiple suitcases, I let the friendly concierge gentleman give me a bottle of water, a seat, and the promise of a hotel car to take me to LaGuardia "at the same price as a yellow cab!". I was relieved for the help and didn't question. Suprise, surprise, the car service was twice as expensive which I learned at the end of the trip. Don't be midwestern naïve like me. Have a good stay!!

Great location - a quick walk from Moynihan Train Hall and has a subway stop feet from the entrance. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, updated and spacious for NYC. The bathroom was really nice - updated shower and smelled so nice. We had breakfast one day onsite and there were good options available and our server was really nice. I would definitely stay here again!

I love the Tempo for it’s cleanliness and location. This is not my first stay there and I really loved it the first time. This time though, I didn’t feel as welcomed: The welcome name in our room was still of the previous member, we were told it’s going to get fixed as I wanted to make sure I get the points for staying. 3 nights stay and it was never fixed. We asked for a kettle that never came, no way or offer to heat up a soup for my niece, they didn’t offer us any discount to any sites or things to do like last time either. I still like the Tempo and would stay there again but I wanted to show my niece how nice it is there seeing it is her first time in New York but I find this experience is lacking the attention to detail it used to have when it comes to ensuring great customer experience.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. However, the water was shut off in the morning and we couldn't take a shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. By the time we saw the notice, it was too late.

Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. It was really inclusive. Both boys at different ages were able to engage in a lot of activities. The food was fantastic, better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little small.
