Camp John Hay Adventure Vacations

This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful. However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

We had a good staycation. Spacious and neat. i would highly recommend especially for family of 4-5.

It is a very nice hotel. It is clean. The breakfast buffet has a good selection.

Other staff dont like their job i think Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending. Toilet is clog. Never check in again on this hotel Food is terible .

Having premier shops and excellent dining options right nearby made exploring incredibly convenient. ​The Amenities & Staff: The property features fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool area, and the overall management and staff were helpful and attentive. ​This property truly saved our honeymoon and made our time in Manila incredibly special. It is a very nice hotel. It is clean. The breakfast buffet has a good selection.

I had the 2 bedroom suite and I loved how spacious it is. The staff is very helpful and their customer service is excellent. The only issue that I ran into is when washing an ms drying my clothes with the self serve laundry. The drying portion takes too long and still my clothes were somewhat wet after 1 hour.

This was our third time staying at the Aruga and I always choose this place for it’s perfect location and the customer service.
