Fabulous hotel. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We did notice there were little things here and there in the room that showed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Smudges on glass surfaces on the desk and other areas that showed they had not been wiped down in a while. A large noticeable spill stain on the the bureau that was there for our whole stay since check in, telling us it was probably there before and will be there after us. We wiped at it and it’s totally cleanable. Just hasn’t been cleaned. Will share pics.

Smelt like smoke was gross and dingy. However, staff was excellent and lobby was pretty. The smell is a huge problem including my sheets. Elevator was dirty and bulding itself.

The hotel, the staff and the services are second to none!

This is a very classy property. The staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was nice that they provided complementary coffee machine/coffee but there should be more of everything provided if people didn’t want daily service. Also, I believe breakfast used to be complementary but now , in my opinion, is far too expensive. Would like to visit the lounge/bar at night but was undergoing renovations.
