Hotel was good but one thing spoilt the stay There is a fairly high lip of say 2inches leading into the bathrooms. This caused my 88 year old mother in law to fall rather badly. Poor design. Why have any lip?

Possible 5* but for the parking garage. The room, dining facilities, staff were all excellent. There was even an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, if not best hotel buffet spread/layout we’ve ever experienced. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location of the hotel made experiencing the city easy. I just wish the garage wasn’t so cramped. Luckily we rented a compact car. If we ever go back to Helsinki, we would stay here again

Clean, modern hotel with really helpful reception staff. Good location for places of interest whilst still being quiet. A couple of little extra touches like having milk in the room for tea/coffee and having decaf options in room would usually be expected for a hotel like this but I guess that’s a relatively minor shortcoming. Breakfast was ok but based on other reviews I was expecting something more impressive.

Overall good. Good supper. Good breakfast. Good location. Free shuttle to airport. I had a good nights sleep despite some nearby construction I was there for one night only.
