Loved the view and style of rooms, restaurant and grounds

Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks Great service, the staff have been very helpful However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice

Clean room and spacious! We were very happy with the location and the helpfulness of the staff. Everything was really well maintained.

The upstairs areas are very noisy when walked on

Great location. Better view than most places in Queenstown. Need bit better service replenishing at b'fast.

Clean room, great property to stay and excellent location.

A ways from QT but water taxi is convenient. Food priced as high quality but 1 notch lower than that. Otherwise property is great in every other way.
