Modern, stylish hotel. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Victoria took great care of us.

This is a great Hotel. Location is fantastic and close to funicular up to Zermatt mountain to ski. Would come back.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. The hospitality staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth from check‑in to check‑out. The facilities were clean and well-kept, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others seeking quality service.

The hotel was excellent. It's only about a 15 min walk from the railway station (which also serves the Glacier Express). Zermatt is car free, so if the walk is too far there are taxi options (although I didn't use these). Zermatt is very picturesque. Unfortunately my trip to Zermatt was delayed due to issues with my flight, which meant that I arrived at the hotel much later than planned (and when reception was closed). However, I was able to inform the hotel of this issue en-route and they provided me with good details of what to do. Room was large, spacious and had a traditional Swiss theme. It also had a balcony, complete with outdoor chairs/table and overlooked the mountains (although not the Matterhorn from my side of the hotel at least). The shower was much better than I expected from looking at it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.

What a gem! Room was spacious, comfortable and clean, amazing shower, beautiful balcony with two upscale chairs on which to relax and enjoy the mountains. Entire staff were personal, friendly, helpful, and service oriented. High quality breakfast. Very convenient with easy walk to Zermatt Main Street and restaurants. Would highly recommend!
