Hotel facility was fair and location is excellent. Good service, nice food and staff.
The only problem I had was when I went for the breakfast buffet, the lady escorted me to a table in middle of everybody when majority of the other tables were vacant. I asked for a different table at the corner and was able to happily change. But when I came back with my food at the buffet keeping my seat 5 minutes vacant, there was another guest occupying the table.
The same lady was the one who escorted the new guest and told me it was my fault because I did not leave anything on the table…….

チェックインの際、受付のスタッフの方がとても親切で親しみやすかったです。
私は英語が得意ではないのですが、ゆっくりとわかりやすく丁寧にに説明してくれてとても助かりました。
また一人旅で緊張していたのですが、楽しくお話ししてくれてリラックスできました。
お部屋も清潔で静かでゆっくりすることができました。
素晴らしいホテルです。
ロンドンに行く時は必ずまた宿泊したいです。
