We had a fantastic short stay, The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has an old world feel but still modern. Not recommended if you have difficulty with stairs. Breakfast was lovely, views from the terrace are wonderful. Room was spacious but a little warm. Couldn't get a closer hotel for Hampton Court palace. Train station very close. Highly recommend.
