This is a nice hotel but having stayed there for the 3rd time our experience when things don't go to plan wasn't good.
Firstly when we arrived at 4pm the disabled access room that had been requested in person was not recorded on our booking. They did recover and we just had to come back later in the evening.
After the first day housekeeping removed 1 set of our towels, and then we had to have multiple calls requests and calls to get them replaced.
We spoke to front desk and management were going to contact us and whilst that wasn't overly important no one ever reached out it was a series of empty promises that no one ever followed up.
The hotel is great when everything goes to plan but you really find out about service the n small things go wrong
