Amazing views and excellent to stay. Furniture was simple and needs updating but overall, it was a wonderful stay! Location is PERFECT.

The boathouses were clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. We only stayed one night. The swing seats on the deck next to the pool was a nice feature. The continental breakfast was really good. Small selection but well thought. The place is a bit tucked in with Northerlies just next door for food and drinks (pub style food). Things to be mindful of when booking *midgies in the evenings *Parking is open air and a little away from the accomodation (not right outside your door) *not flat - lots of steps

This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!

Our stay was just ok. The trash was still full and in the kitchen from the previous guest, there were dead roaches, there were dirty popsicle sticks by the pool. The coffee machine didn’t work either. A staff member did drop a different one by after I let them know. We also had the doorbell ring at 2am and wake everyone in the house… apparently this is common when the batteries run low? Seems like they should be routinely changed to prevent that from occurring. None of these issues are big, but combined are quite a few blunders considering we paid top dollar to stay here.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.

This property was fabulous. As described. It was very clean well appointed and we had everything we needed. The check in was easy and the whole place was very welcoming. The pool was lovely and opened until later which was perfect. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to airlie beach centre, along a fabulous board walk with great restaurants and cafes along it.

Amazing place to stay! Loved the staff they helped us with everything we needed and provided helpful recommendations, loved the views, the location, the amenities in our apartment, it was like a little paradise!

Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly.
