Great location, very clean hotel and staff were fantastic

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center and the marina, where you’ll find many great restaurants and tapas bars. The hotel was very clean, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, my experience with the restaurant staff could have been improved. At times, they seemed less approachable and did not always provide clear explanations when we had questions. With a bit more attentiveness and communication, the dining experience could be greatly enhanced. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings.

Very nice hotel, great location, clean, beach location is beautiful. Jenny, the room cleaner, was very nice and left the room in spotless condition.

Amazing hotel - great location and phenomenal service!

The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers.

I would suggest upgrading to a garden or pool view apartment. We had a standard and it was very noisy during the night. Other than that, the hotel was lovely with 2 great pools and a very comfortable apartment
