Room temperature was not adjustable and too warm. Had to keep window open. No electrical outlet in bathroom.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful

Premium room and food at a reasonable price. Everything we wanted to see and enjoy was close and the day to get to. The staff was very pleasant and could speak English. We never had a problem communicating what we needed.

It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places. We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid. It was the same breakfast next day!

Clean rooms and great location, especially for the CAT City Airport Train.

The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Cons: The blanket provided was itchy and small. The shower needed to be deep cleaned. There was a weird stale smell in the room each time I returned because the key card has to be inserted into a slot by the door to activate the electricity in the room. Pros: A fan was provided which helped with the staleness and the room and bed were larger than expected. The location of the hotel is next to a gentlemen’s club and if I were alone I would not feel safe walking around after dark. The location was close to the main train station, and walking distance to many main sightseeing points.
