Excellent location, walk to Museum of Fine Arts and more. Staff are very friendly, very clean. Beautiful large room. Glad I chose to stay and will be back.

Interior was tastefully done spaces homey, nice neighborhood+ they are super helpful even with carparks. They found me one 2 mins away for so cheap, which I was most impressed

Excellent hotel- restaurants, room service, all of the staff, spacious room with view, bathroom amenities. Great location. Able to take a leisurely walk along the water, and close to many restaurants and theatre district. Also easy to catch a taxi or uber. Wonderful setting with water and city view. Will definitely return!

Our favorite hotel in Boston, beautiful rooms, friendly staff that will go above and beyond and perfect location for shopping, restaurants and other attractions. We will be back!

Everything was great

Just Ok - Great location near the TD Garden so that was great for our plans. Parking felt unsafe in a garage down the street that was suggested and added to our bill. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. Major issue with safety when we returned at night - 2 provocative females were hiding in lobby and bothered us to use our room key to use a bathroom - did not like the NO answer we gave them and it felt very gross honestly - no person at desk at 10:30 PM and was told to email my concern when I spoke to person at desk upon check out. I did email and received a very lame response with no offer to make it right such as money off or a comp stay for future. There are better places in the area with better customer service and safety

My room had the bare minimum, no extra blankets no extra towels. One bathrobe, even though there was two of us stinging in the room. Our checkout check-in person did not ask us any questions regarding amenities. We might want in the room.. we found out later you need to ask for them, not even knowing what they were. I was small, which was which was fine, but being able to see into the toilet area with a glass door felt inappropriate.
