It was nice but I expected a bit more for the price. The car park was difficult to get as it’s a very busy place and area and the guest car park gets filled with people who aren’t staying. That’s not the staff’s fault but it’s impossible to enforce. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay this September. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and always helpful when we asked. Definitely recommend a relaxing stay here … and take a swim. Great pool!

We booked 5 nights here and left on the 2nd night, no refund. There is A LOT of traffic noise due to a motorway on-ramp to the south/west and old single glazing that didn’t close properly so sounds like the window is wide open. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade and did not match the photos. It is really more like a hostel, definitely not a 4-star hotel. One lift has been out of order for a very long time so long waits for the other lift. The bathroom had missing tiles, water-damaged cupboards. The kitchenette was similar, doors that wouldn’t close. The bed was uncomfortable and as we arrived a couple were trying to get a refund and leave due to a rock hard bed. The lighting is old and above the bed the shade was full of bugs. Charming! We had a one bedroom unit and the final straw was a loud party in the 2 bedroom unit next door. Hotel policy is to ask them to be quiet after 10pm, 10pm!! Reception are clearly used to complaints and while 2 gentleman were helpful a younger lady just didn’t care and was extremely unhelpful. Unfortunately she seems to be in charge so getting issues sorted was futile. Frankly if you’re going away for a boys or a girls trip and want a central location with big rooms to preload before heading out then it’s fine. If you’re a couple wanting a restful holiday or business travellers then run a mile, far better value nearby.

I think the hotel is run down, needs an upgrade and is very expensive for what it offers. I will not be staying again

Very central location…staff were nice. But a few warning signs on the floors advising guests to respect others and keep quiet would have been good. Was not impressed with noisy guests on my floor with little self awareness.
