PROS You can tell this is a hotel mainly oriented towards business clients the moment you step in. There’s an old-fashioned bar, meeting rooms, and middle-aged businessmen hanging out in the lobby, but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing for regular visitors as there were no kids or strange people around, which is always good. The staff were excellent, kind and professional, no issues there. We stayed in a twin room and it was a pretty spacious room with two separate beds, not a double bed with a split mattress thankfully. The bathroom is on the other side of the wall from the beds, which is nice for a little more privacy. In the room there were clean surfaces, a bench, a comfy chair, working AC, a hair dryer, and a kettle with an assortment of coffees/teas. CONS We were a bit upset with there being no mini-fridge in the room as we couldn’t keep any chilled drinks or dairy products. The room fairies only visit your room every 3 days, meaning no fresh towels every day like most hotels, and with no clothes drying rack in the room, the AC could only manage to pull so much water out of the towels, luckily we brought our own. I was a bit disappointed that I asked to have the coffee sticks refilled at the reception twice and because they didn’t have them on hand I had to wait for housekeeping to deliver it, which never ended up happening. OVERALL RATING 8.5/10

Lovely friendly clean hotel

There was no suitable cafe, bar or restaurant in the property. It was always closed.

This hotel is at a calm neighborhood away from the hustles and bustles of Munich city. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional and amazing with lots of variety food options and ample seating. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy city life.

Exceptional breakfast and very nice hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood close to the city center. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely go back.

I wish my experience of staying at the K+K hotel was more hands on as to allow me to present a more insightful review. Unfortunately, when my wife and I, who were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, turned up at the hotel after a long delayed journey, we were told that our pre paid room was not available as it was given to another guest. The receptionist was obviously embarrassed and arranged for us to stay at a hotel down the road. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was of far less inferior quality and lacked the amenities of the 4 star hotel we booked, including a bar, gym, sauna, outdoor area etc. it was also disappointing that they failed to rectify the problem for the 2nd night. I have written to Hotels.com, as I only booked through them to guarantee the extra protection that they offer. So far, I have had no response!
