It was a great stay for the price!

Phenomenal vacation! Enormous campus, which provides for a lot of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. What a great time.

House keeping service your room several times throughout the day.

Our recent stay was excellent, with a fast check-in. We had three rooms. Very friendly and spacious. Karin, our butler, was fantastic. He had a restaurant reservation for us. A few restaurants do require pants for men, as we had to purchase some on the property. The resort was very nice. It was not crowded. I wish the pool had more activities throughout the day.

Loved it. Just reserving the restaurants was a little difficult and the ones we were able to reserve gave an attitude. Overall the place was amazing, the activities were great! loved all of the experiences and can’t wait to go back.

The property exceeded our expectations. Such a friendly staff and a variety of dining options. Was an incredible vacation and a great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

Our two butlers Armando and Houston were wonderful. There was valuable information. we did not receive such as what happens if we mistakenly left our safe open and don’t use the tapwater to brush your teeth lol. We really did have attentive service from the butlers and overall from the staff. It was excellent. The food was adequate, but not spectacular. It says something when the best thing at the resort, food, wise, was the ice cream in the buffet and the welcome drink We had problems with our jetted tub and had to request repairs three times. Also, be aware that the shades that come down to protect your privacy. Do nothing when it’s night time and you have lights on in the bathroom. You’re actually giving a show to anyone nearby Would I come here again? Yes, as everyone was friendly, but I would probably choose another resort for issues like having more restaurants open every night and fewer issues with some of the basics. May I say a big thank you to Armando for the birthday banner, champagne, cake, and big huge smile to help me celebrate my day. He went above and beyond!

I just returned from a 7 night trip with my family. I will start first with the positive and include other thoughts about the trip. The 2 bedroom suite fit my families needs as my older daughters wanted their own room and bathroom. My family and I really enjoyed the Brazilian and Italian restaurants. It is too bad that in one week time we could only make 3 dinner reservations for specialty restaurants. The check in process took entirely too long as our suite was not ready on time and actually was ready 90 minutes past the check-in time. The front staff kept telling me to wait and get back into line several times to check if the suite was ready. It was clear that the front desk staff had no idea when our suite would be ready. This was very frustrating for me after a long morning of travel. My husband was speaking with a manager at the front desk who told him to wait there to be helped. And the manager never returned to help him. The second bathtub was looked quite dirty after check in and toilet paper holder fell down and staff just propped it back up without even trying to fix it. Every day I had to call and ask for facecloths to be delivered to my room for my family to use despite speaking with Guest Services and Housekeeping staff about this. On 2 occasions I had to call twice because the face cloths were not delivered after my initial call. We still enjoyed our stay though I believe some changes are needed to address the concerns that I shared.

The variety of food

Everyone at the resort was great. Very friendly staff that worked with us the whole stay to make sure our family was happy and comfortable.

Needs some TLC. Also, not one of the better all-inclusives we have stayed at from a food perspective. Most staff was friendly. Some staff at theme restaurants was ok at best. Didn’t bring desert that was ordered one night. Very quiet environment. Needs more music to liven up the place.

Ataff was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Room was great really enjoyed my birthday stay there!
