L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre et accessible à pied facilement. Par contre, le lit devait être grand, mais plutôt un lit double standard dans une chambre très petite. Les tapis des corridors sont dus pour être lavés ou changés. La chambre était propre.

The staff were great, very helpful. The included breakfast, afternoon coffee and dinner was brilliant. One main course only at dinner, but soup, plenty of salad and side dishes as well as drinks. Considering it is included in the price, we were impressed. The room (compact Queen) was probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in - it was manageable, just. Very little space for luggage, and very little space to walk around the bed. Over all - with all meals included -very good value, but I would probably choose a bigger room if we stayed again.

This is a very unusual hotel, being situated i an old jail. It conserves the main features of the jail but is very warm, welcoming and modernised. Very helpful staff. Best feature is the excellent buffet dinner and breakfast included in the very reasonable price. There is a tram stop immediately outside and it is also a short walk to the Viking terminal for the ferry to Stockholm.

I stayed for 4 days on a business trip. Would 100% recommend for location, facilities and professionalism. Breakfast and room were both excellent. Would stay again.

Beautiful Junior Suite. Well appointed with fresh flowers on arrival. Friendly, professional staff. Wonderful Spa and Sauna access were included. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, great start to our days in Helsinki.

The sauna was amazing and the breakfast was out of this world delicious!! Very clean hotel and very nice staff!

Incredible stay with incredible staff. The Waldorf Astoria Helsinki knows how to make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Cannot recommend this establishment enough!! So much so that I am considering applying for Amex credit card for Waldorf Astoria points!! Job well done!
