Very clean and friendly staff

Planet Hollywood , I wood definitely stay here again. The Staff was professional, Efficient & friendly . My wife & I were very pleased. Miracle mile was absolutely amazing.

Stayed at the Palazzo, which was fine but the rooms need a refresh. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Major surprise: after reserving a room for two nights on Expedia, I learned upon departure that a substantial daily Resort Fee (think a nice steak dinner) been charged to my credit card. Resort fee was not mentioned on the Expedia site when I made the reservation or at the Venetian when we checked in.

Perfect place to stay especially if you are going to the Sphere

Most amazing room I’ve ever stayed in ! Every staff member were so helpful and knowledgeable as this was our first trip to Las Vegas. We plan to return next year.
