Breakfast had a great range of food that was very fresh. Staff were friendly, polite and most helpful. The hotel is beautiful- and the rooms are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. This hotel sets the standard in Rome. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there- and so close to everything. Well done.

Upon check-in the afternoon person was not very friendly. Seemed like he did not want to be there. We again saw him throughout the days, and he did not look up to acknowledge us. He was buried deep looking down at what I think was his computer. He was however friendlier to guests who spoke Italian. He did not make me feel very welcome. Other than that everyone else was helpful and friendly.

We stayed one night at Best Western Hotel Rome Airport before our flight home and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant food at dinner was excellent, and breakfast was also very good. One thing to be aware of is that the restaurant only operates for breakfast and dinner, so there are no lunch options on-site and we had to walk elsewhere for lunch. The only downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof, so hallway and neighboring room noise could be heard at times. That said, for a convenient airport stay with welcoming staff and great food, we would happily stay again.
