Europe Adventure Vacations

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The restaurant at dinner was limited. We would have liked more variety so we did not have to venture out at night to get dinner

Amazing location - everything within distance and the views are superb

We stayed here for a 3 or 4 nights in October 2026. The location is good, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The buffet was very limited with just your basics so if you are looking for a nice breakfast skip the buffet and head to a local restaurant for better choice.

Pros: cool design, neat rope hammock to hang out in public area, roast marshmallows, good water pressure in shower, good bath lighting, nice staff, ping pong tables in elevator area per floor, love heated bathroom floor and room window lounge/sofa area. Cons: no idea how 4 ppl fit in this room, 3 of us barely fit, beds hard, tiny rooms, no place to put luggage, massive sink in bathroom and minimal counter, paper thin towels, we asked for cleaning service they only brought towels, a pile of potato chips in front of elevator on our floor sat there for 3 days, visible mold farm growing in bathroom vent.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had! I paid an extremely high price for this hotel, expecting a comfortable stay, quality service, and amenities appropriate for the amount charged. Unfortunately, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room lacked even the most basic necessities. There were no tissues, no body lotion, and not even decent-quality shampoo or toiletries. For a hotel charging such outrageous prices, this is simply inexcusable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the management and staff. They were extremely disappointing, unhelpful, and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. Despite the excessive amount I paid, there was no effort to offer a room upgrade or make my stay more comfortable. The overall experience was frustrating, overpriced, and far below reasonable expectations. I felt that I received absolutely no value for my money. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but this experience stands out for all the wrong reasons. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
