The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They helped us book a private transfer to the cruise port in Ravenna also a water taxi. This really helped us a lot and reduced our stress. The only comment would be to get a shower curtain or a door in the bathroom other than that, the hotel was fantastic location fantastic staff.

A great hotel on a lovely tree lined boulevard going from the sea to the city centre. Great room with comfortable bed and bath and shower. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We walked everywhere from the hotel as its location is very good.

Charming, characterful hotel with quirky features.
Bed was especially comfortable. Great shower, good air conditioning. I would have liked to have milk with the coffee facilities in the room.
Loved Florence the atmosphere was friendly and you felt safe lots of nationalities milling around. My favourite bit of my stay was walking around the duomo in the evening soaking up the atmosphere.
