Views are amazing! The location is the best, close to everything and all the action. The staff is great and very welcoming. Clean room. Welcome gift. As long as you are in the second building and beyond, no noise from the street. The pools are wonderful and amazing views there as well. On site restaurants are really good with the breakfast totally worth it.

Most everything was perfect and the staff were always super wonderful. A couple minor areas for improvement would be that the air conditioner in our unit did not respond to any thermostat controls so every other hour you were either freezing or baking . which sucked while trying to sleep. Also the food at the resort could deal with a look at ways to improve the quality and selection. BUT over all, we loved walking around the grounds, seeing the reptiles, bats, birds etc. We found the staff to be great. The bed was comfortable. We found the perfect place to spend each and every morning sitting above the beach. It was a wonderful experience and we will likely return to this resort in the future (Our unit was M45 in the back of the property)

Close to sky walk and shopping malls with food courts, street markets and close walk to Benchakiti Park. The pool is a nice cool off on a hot summer day. Fun for kids with kid center, foosball table and air hockey.

Great Breakfest Buffet - Clean room and Bed good nice sheets 5 star the overall location excellent close to everything walkable the Lobby just re done -looks great fully stocked mini bar great house keeping it might time to update some of furniture in the rooms just to fresh up the look a bit but again pricing is key today as traveler were all on budget more value more service today is key to keep my business at the same hotel year after year - lighting air con great Pool easy clean nice for the Value and Location and food a 8 Plus plus 7-11 right across the street and lots of food and entertainment options 5 mins walk yes you can stay other places but location and value and service is key today as a world travel in music business

We’ve just stayed 3 nights at Tower Club at Lebua, we had a river view suite. We have stayed in Thailand 17 times, and have a lot of experience of Thai hotels and resorts, we usually start and end our stay in Bangkok, generally with a club lounge room, this was our first visit to this hotel. On check in we were greeted and checked in by a lovely girl from the Philippines named Lady, check in was smooth, Lady informed us about the different attributes and areas of the hotel. We did think the 10,000bht was a large amount to block on our card for a 3 night stay, especially as we had stayed at other 5 star resorts over the past 4 weeks, the most we’d been asked for was 3000bht and some don’t take anything at all. Our suite was comfortable if a little dated, we were asked on check in if we’d like to have the balcony doors unlocked, we did go out to check the view from the balcony, however we didn’t expect to be hit with the smell of cannabis being smoked from a nearby balcony, we would presume it’s not allowed on the hotel premises. We chose to have breakfast in the lounge on 52nd floor, the breakfast and service were ok, we also visited the lounge for light lunch and canapés, the choices really could be improved upon, as we said we have stayed in many club rooms, and most have better choices of food, guests are allowed to smoke on a small balcony off the lounge with a clearly printed sign politely asking guests not to take glassware onto the balcony, but as there are many p

The staff was amazing always trying to please you and accommodate your requests right away. The food around the hotel was delicious.
