Its been some time since we last stayed at Cambridge Suites. Our experience at that time was excellent. This time however, we returned to a Hotel that had lost its lustre.
The Staff were friendly enough and answered any concerns we had.
Our suite was clean & tidy. The physical space could really use an update though. The carpet looks dingy and the furnishings are tired. Our matress was uncomfortable (pillows were great) and our headboard had a tear in it.
The bathroom needs updating as well. Are low profile toilets even a thing anymore? The tub shower had no hand rails.
Great location,m & on sight parking. We did not use any of the Hotel's amenities.
