Tons of good shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and everyone was nice. Front desk failed to tell me that there was an early check in fee of $35, got the surprise on the bill. Room was clean but the toilet kept running and you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop.

The hotel is in the downtown center. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops and sites of interest for tourists. The room was clean. The bed, TV, and furniture were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

AC was not as expected, it was not working like it should. The shower door plastic broke off, the stopper in the bathroom sink was stuck. The shower shampoo, condition and body wash was missing. The room was not as big as expected. I had a bigger room before for what I paid for.

I originally booked a room with a fridge, our first room didn't have one. So we had to be moved to a new room. I also wish that the pool being closed could have been disclosed when booking. My girls poor hearts that they never got to swim.

Paid extra for nicer view for three nights the first night I went to lobby to let them know AC didn’t work reception said I would be getting call since I was leave to a show no one called nothing was done for my entire stay
