Location is great but Very slow service. Bathroom toilet did not work for 3 days and after multiple requests nobody came to repair the issue

Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich
Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe.

INSIDE FIVE City Apartments
Good value for money, location handy for my needs Coffee pods provided but no kettle for tea making. Bed was reasonably comfy, sheets had seen better days but for price paid no complaints.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Bathroom smelled like pee and shower curtain was not clean
