Pros:
The room was huge and well equipped with everything you needed provided
The building is stunning and has ample parking even for large cars.
I personally would have liked a door on the bathroom but with the privacy glass and the toilet behind the wall it worked.
The staff we spoke to were polite but there werent many of them around.
The italian restaurant on site is very good and reasonably priced
The location is pretty and quiet
Cons:
No room service
The breakfast though varied was not good quality - the croissants were old and several items flavourless
Overall, its marked as a 5 star hotel - it has the building and rooms to be so but doesnt provide a 5 star experience

"Great stay at this hotel, room was clean and a good size. We had to ask for towels on arrival as only 1 was in the bathroom and the wardrobe door was jamming. Both were fixed straight away.
