Hotel was amazing, staff was very welcoming and nice, room was cleaned and well organised, I was little disappointed with breakfast options and fitness room. Overall I had an amazing experience and would love to stay again.

Property was clean but room was disappointing. No bathroom ventilation, glass see through walls around toilet. No table to sit and work from. It was very basic. Beds were comfortable but rooms very small. Proximity to attractions was very good but not sure we would stay there again.

Staff was good, places was clean but they didn’t not have dishes, pots etc for use without asking which was disappointing. I would have been nice to have these in the room. Also the air conditioning it not work well.

"Views spectacular, chalet average. You need to be aware of the following; 1. Approach road to the property is one car wide, gravel and 4.1km long and takes 15-20mins. "This was an amazing place to stay we could not have wished for more. Gorgeous place, all amenities, very clean brilliantly laid out and a new breathtaking view every morning.
