「This was a perfect location and apartment. If I had to complain about something is that there is no washer/dryer. And for someone that has been travelling for longer than a week, it would be helpful. It was very pretty and only 1 floor up with is also good when lugging luggage. I would return again」

「翌日朝早くにバスで出発する予定でしたので、バスターミナル至近の立地はとても便利でした。旧市街までは徒歩15分程度で隣接ではないですが散歩気分で歩けば気にならない程度の距離です。 施設の入り口が常時開いているわけではなく、私が到着した際は施錠されていたためどこから入ったらいいのかわからずに建物のまわりをスーツケースを引いて一周する羽目になりました。（ちょうと一周して戻ってきたタイミングでスタッフの方が開錠してくれたので良かったのですが） 施設も部屋も清潔で使いやすく、部屋用の使い捨てスリッパが置いてあるのもありがたかったです。 ここを選んでよかったと思いました。」

「Beautiful and clean, but we could not sleep Zara Palace is exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated and full of character. The historic stone interior is very well done, and I was especially pleased that the room did not have strong fragrances or scented products. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became unusable overnight. The remote would neither respond nor beep, apparently because its batteries were not working. 「We loved the central location of this property, right in the thick of things with people bustling by well into the evening - a lovely relaxed vibe. A gelato shop and a bar occupy the ground floor and the view of the cathedral is stunning. Personally, I loved the cathedral bells - they make a very special alarm clock. The room was full of character and was charming - only some furniture was a bit tired. The kettle didn’t work, the bathroom door handle was loose, some light switches didn’t work...
