Such a beautiful hotel and room! Inside the Old Town walls, right next to cafes- with a historic church two doors down. There was a concert there during our stay, part of a classical music festival!

This was a quaint little hotel right inside the gate of the Old Town. We got lucky with parking just outside the gate so didn’t have far to walk with the luggage. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Ideal location for wandering around the old town and by the seafront. Definitely would stay here again.

Positives - Nice cleaner/maintenance manager....Great area....Nice old stylle of decor ---- Negatives ....Room safe didnt work and promised repair never happened !......toilet seat had balancing leg missing of lid.....bed headboards were scraped/torn....no kettle in room.....Saggy mattresses like a sponge.......Noisy fridge.......puddle of water under air conditioning more than once ......wardrobe doors didnt close/lock properly ----on the whole so much potential but maintenance is very poor .....where is the advertised garden etc by the way ???

L’ameublement mériterais d’être rafraîchi, la literie est rugueuse, il pourrait y avoir une couverture dans le placard parce que le couvre-lit ne peut pas servir à se couvrir. Comme il n’y a pas de ménage des chambres pendant le séjour, ça mériterais d’avoir plus de serviettes. Si non l’emplacement est parfait

Lovely hotel in the old town

Lovely hotel within the city walls. Close to the sights and to the coastline. Very stylish and spacious room. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful with great ambiance. Conveniently located and top room has a fantastic terrace. Only complaint is that they didn’t service the rooms very often.

Fab room in the Old Town

Perfect little respite for adventuring around Zadar, or out to the Plitvice Lakes. This room was my little space of heaven with a massive bed and a hot shower. I had views down the Old Town streets and was just steps away from the ferry (and luggage storage after checking out). Will stay again next time I'm back in Zadar!

It was very over rated, should be only a basic 3 star. It certainly was not as glamorous as the pics. There were no wardrobe facilities and places to hang clothes. Or drawers. But bed was comfortable, and bathroom ok. The staff were absent while we were there for two nights. But it was well positioned, close to shops, cafes and zadar sights within old town.
