"Staff was great. Professional and very courteous. Got there late and had a late dinner and both the front desk and waiter were very gracious. Room clean and view was fantastic."

"Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. Luckily, we found someone and they called and they came within 5 minutes to let us into our room. Not sure I could have walked to the beach. We could barely see the ocean between buildings "

"Elevator didn’t work most of the time,didn’t have any electricity day time for 3 days,top floor restaurant extremely slow kitchen,night time decided to close for private party without telling the hotel guests,pools extremely cold water-all of them,except indoor pool,but to get to this pool you should walk through corridor which smell of urine was so strong so I throw up multiple times(the smell was coming from close by toilet and changing rooms) I can keep going with the complaints but you got my point "

"The hotel was excellent the pool area was immaculate with very comfortable sun beds and a great breakfast served afternoon tea style. I can not fault this hotel. "
