A super nice apartment in the center of Zadar, with bakeries and food all over. Very clean, modern and comfortable for a longer stay. The Host was super attentive, and available. Would definitely book again.

Apartment is upstairs in Old Town and parking is difficult, meaning your have to carry your luggage quite a ways and then up 3 flights of stairs. Restaurants and shopping are abundant in Old Town

This is a totally new modern apartment in the heart of the city. The location was superb, and our street view was fantastic! The host was very nice and helpful. Parking was a five minute walk and right on the waterfront. We walked past our apartment location several times day and night. That’s how incredibly convenient it was.

Excellent accomodation ,quiet, great central location in old city and walking distance to ferry , bus , shops, sights , supermarket and short walk to swimming area. Air conditioning was great and coffee machine and coffee pods was nice . Host was great and arrange airport transfer for us as well

The room was great, very comfortable bed and nice shower. Parking was difficult to find, but free. The woman who met us to let us in was very friendly and helpful. No elevator and at the top floor. We didn’t mind, but that was not obvious when booking. Location was extremely central with a great restaurant right below.

Nice place in Old Town

Perfect location in the old town, lots of restaurants and shops right outside. Really good noise cancelation, so it is quiet inside. Big comfortable bed, and a nice sized fridge. Mario was helpful with driving us to and from the airport. Would really recomend this place.

Central Old Town position

The apartment is situated in Old Town Zadar, wirh the entrance is hidden behind a restaurant, so may have been tricky to find without the owners help. We were met at the airport by Mario, who was really helpful and he provided us with lots of local information. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift, so we were grateful for Marios help with luggage. The room is small but nicely decorated. There are bifold doors opening on to the street, but there is quite a bit of city noise from below. It is in a great position for exploring Zadar & is central for bars, restaurants & sea organ. Basic accommodation, but was ideal for our short stay

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment. Windows overlook Main Street so can be noisy but that is expected. Finding a parking spot outside the old town is a challenge but Mario was very helpful both in parking and getting in to the apartment. Very short walk from the parking to the apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and located in the middle of old Zadar. So many great restaurants and shopping in this area. 10 minute walk to the sea organ. There is lots of boat cruises to different islands, bike rentals also and much more. I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with some access issues.

The host was excellent at communication, welcome, induction of the property and local knowledge. The apartment is well equipped (though we didn’t cook) and clean. Please note that there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment and no lift. It should also be noted that it is based in a pedestrianised area not accessible by car and so you must park in the public parking areas on the outskirts. They are all reasonably close-by but chargeable parking is extremely difficult with few spaces available. This probably depends on the day and time of your arrival. If the view from your balcony is important to you - check on the actual view from your apartment, as some of the photographs use views from other apartments and not the one you are actually booking, which can be disappointing. In terms of location, everything is literally on the doorstep and there are plenty of local dining options, shopping and bars. We particularly appreciated being able to visit the sea organ at different times of the day and evening.

We really enjoyed our stay in this centrally located apartment in Zadar. All amenities are literally on your doorstep. The only downside was that this meant it could be noisy. But with windows closed, not an issue. We would have liked pre-warning that payment in cash is preferred as arranging a bank transfer was a little inconvenient. All in all, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Really nice, but with one concern...

The apartment I stayed in was beautifully renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. The shower was a little larger than any of the others I used on this trip. There were good quality appliances for making coffee and tea. The locatIon is right in the center of the old town. Be aware that the apartments are on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. My only concern while I was there has to do with the building the apartments are in. The entrance to the building is through a metal door that opens into the building. On the first night, when I came back to the apartment I had trouble opening the door and couldn't figure out what was wrong until one of the waiters from the adjacent restaurant showed me. The bottom part of the door handle had broken free from the door, and when it was stuck at an angle, it latched the door so it couldn't be opened. I had to straighten the handle to get in. But if I had been on the inside trying to get out, I would have been locked in until someone outside straightened the handle. If there was a fire in the building it would be a death trap. That handle should have been repaired immediately!
