10/10 Excellent
"Lovely clean room that was regularly serviced by super friendly staff
Very useful approach of automatic aircon that is enabled when the windows close but switches off if they're opened.
Excellent location by the harbour with many restaurants and shops close by. But good glazing prevents excess noise accessing the rooms on a night. The balcony was a wonderful touch."
"We had a FANTASTIC stay 3-10 June 2026 and was very impressed by the quality of rooms, helpful staff and more importantly the overall experience and chilled energy the hotel gave us - it was exactly what we needed and will visit again hopefully next year.
If you are looking to switch off and are ok to stay at a hotel a little off the beaten track, then this is your place. 100% recommend."
"Whole resort was brilliant. The staff were fantastic, anything we needed they done it. Would high recommend. We'll definitely be back again. thank you"
"We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time.
Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start.
Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily.
Hotel has lovely facilities, welcome & courteous staff across all areas , recep, dining, bar etc. Two theme restaurants, Italian in our opinion excellent, Meat disappointingly average. Main buffet excellent alround , breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Bars offer pleasant cocktails which creates waits , spirits are ok but not full strength nor premium. Beer & wine ok.
Hotel beach a big disappointment even with pitta gyros station & bar. Hotel is a good 45m-1 hr walk into Kos Town (well worth visiting). Hotel do provide a free cycle tour in once a week which was good. Walking round area not a lot to see other than wetlands area which we believe hosts flamingos but not when we visited.
Overall the hotel is a big all inclusive perhaps more suited for families , entertainment and pool use given remoteness. It was getting busier as we left and can see how it becomes a churn but for us in early season was a welcome break.
Nothing detrimental to say other than wouldn’t visit as a couple in height of season. "
"Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea. "Hotel has a nice layout, had a few issues when we first arrived but they were sorted out quickly.
Overall a nice relaxing holiday with plenty to do onsite if you don’t want to travel or go on excursions. "
