"The stars don’t always tell the whole story. This is a nice property but there were a few big potholes going down to the rooms and in the rooms there was very little general info. The room was clean the beds fine ac and heat worked. But no room info about check out or where to get filtered water or coffee in the morning except at the desk. (Since checked in late didn’t see) For swimmers the pool is nice and big lap pool! Very rare and nice for a motel inn. We got a late last min room so some might be nicer but ours was very just not special"

"The facility was definitely an older property that needed severe upgrades. The toilet in the bathroom was clogged when I got there, and I had to unclog it with a plunger. There was a lot of rusty caulk around the shower and the toilet and unpainted patches on the wall. The furniture that held the microwave and refrigerator was held together with duct tape. The decking and stairs leading to the second floor were in need of repair as well. The light in the bathroom was just too bare, glaring bulbs with no fixture. certainly not what I would expect from a hotel under the Quality trade name."

"Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. There’s also a great fire pit and BBQ area that looked wonderful for anyone wanting to spend even more time outside.The rental agents were also fantastic with communication and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which gave us extra peace of mind during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We showed up for our 3pm check in to be told that our room was not going to be ready until 5pm. We had to sit in the lobby for two hours and all they discounted was the $10 parking fee for the weekend. The front desk guy was really nice though so blame put on him. Also, if you’re a shy person when I comes to using the bathroom the suite room that we had had a rolling door that left an inch crack in it. If you’re on the toilet you could be seen by someone on the bed. "
