Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente. "
