The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "

Thanks to their advice, we managed to see all the must-visit spots in just two days. One unique highlight was the hotel’s impressive collection of traditional outfits that guests can try on for free—such a fun and memorable experience! We also highly recommend booking a local tour guide, either Chinese or English-speaking, as it truly saves time and enhances your exploration of Zhangjiajie.
