Nagata in Kanoka (長田in香の香) is a udon noodle shop in Kagawa prefecture, which is famous for their sanuki udon. It's quite popular and there's always a line but it is definitely worth the time!

"This was a perfect spot for our visit to Naoshima. Very convenient location, charming and gracious hosts. The house is spacious with nice character. Hosts are very attentive. They provided transportation to the ferry port as well as e-bikes for our use. The bikes are highly recommended for museum/art house hopping. Very comfy beds and a kitchen stocked with enough food for a meal. A nice touch was the fresh flowers found throughout the rooms. Overall a very pleasant and friendly spot."
