The hotel is a time capsule to Japan's economic miracle era during the 70s and 80s. Very classic and the staff were amazing. However, an electrical outlet in my room needs a proper plate on it. The wooden cover fell off. THEY LET ME PARK MY BICYCLE IN MY ROOM, which saves me about a half hour on arrival AND departure for the 1000 kilometer round-trip Shikoku Circuit Bicycle Route ride! I appreciate that!

If you love the idea of staying in a traditional Japanese house, this place is for you. Very clean and quiet. Nice to have access to a kitchen. The host was very warm and friendly. Close to the port, market and delicious restaurants. We were very happy with our stay.

One night staying at this hostel, it is so nice to have a private space in a wooden box with a lockable door. The room is quiet that I can have a quality sleep. The bed is comfortable. It is so close to the tram station and the bicycle rental. What can you ask for more?
