「Beautiful lake front room! Everyone was wonderful!」

「The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch. My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful...

「Beautiful old and historic hotel right in old town square. Directions to the building need to be more concise and parking needs to be explained more carefully since there is none. Great breakfast!!!!!」

「Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we...

「Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town.」

「View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.」

「The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all. The AC...

「Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!」

「Beautiful hotel once you get used to the maze and bunker style halls ways. If you haven't got a car getting to a from town is either 30 or 10 mins depending on which route you take. The 10 mins is a steep path. You'll need some fitness.」

「Excellent place for a two-night stay to visit Grossglockner high alpine road and surrounding area. Host at check-in was extremely helpful and cordial.」
