Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You can sit on the terrace. Staff were very friendly dot and helpful. We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View. Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location.

Rekommenderas varmt.

The check-in process was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I had to spend about 15 minutes entering all the guest information to get our key, even though I had already completed everything online. The room was very basic—no water, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, or iron. There was also quite a bit of dust under the beds. The view is beautiful, but the trains pass by frequently and are very noisy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children. Breakfast was just okay, although the lady working there was very kind and helpful. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Pretty hotel and great location

A pretty hotel and pretty area. No elevator so carrying bags up is quite difficult, also only a few car parks, not enough for everyone. Breakfast was great and location perfect

The hotel staff are really nice, it’s a short walk into town. Only thing I would say of note, the hotel is right next to the Trainline. It’s not an issue if you can have to windows closed, but if it’s warm you may need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The young woman who ran the desk was great. Really helpful. HOWEVER the check-in is self service and the email I received was in German. I don’t read German while we were attempting to get in the hotel 2 other couples came up with the same problem. Happily the young lady came to work early and got things settle Also the breakfast was very good and the lady that ran it was friendly and helpful
