「We stayed as a family of four with two children in a private family room with bunk beds. The staff, including the bartenders, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar was a great place to hang out, with shuffleboard, pool tables, and various games that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Copenhagen. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!」

「We were a group of five with an advanced reservation for three nights but it seemed the team was not ready to welcome us - the soap at the basin was not filled enough. We ran out of it in a morning, so we approached the reception to request to refill it while we are out. I believe it was obvious we were going out, but the staff I spoke to tried to just pass the refill. I asked again to come in to our room during the day time and refill it but the clerk told me to stop by again when we were back....
