The bathroom shower head was broken and the drain was clogged and I had to let staff know several times to fix it. The breakfast is subpar. I would recommend just going out to eat breakfast. Also the housekeeping that comes in to clean is very rude and doesn’t care if you’re sleeping or changing clothes

Budget stay in Copenhagen

Location is next to a construction site when we stay. Nearby have some nice restaurants or you can walk 15-20mins to reach the nearest shop. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is standard but the coffee machine and pancake machine are broken when our stay.

The worst accommodation

One of my worst accommodation experiences! I stayed in a twin room, one of the lamps was not working and it was quite dark, air conditioning was too loud and you couldn’t turn it off, although the reception said it will be off automatically, it didn’t! The hair dryer was not working, bathroom sink was clogged, there was only a very small tv with no access to Netflix at least! No table or desk, not even a chair in the room! It was not very clean either. All in all, I don’t recommend it at all!

Sexual harassment during stay. Hostel don’t care.

I had a horrifying experience during my stay at a&o Nørrebro on the night of November 23rd-24th. I had originally booked a private room for the following night but was moved to a shared dorm due to availability. Unfortunately, this decision led to one of the worst nights I’ve ever had at a hostel. During the night, another guest engaged in explicit and inappropriate behavior, including masturbating in full view and making loud moaning noises. This behavior was clearly meant to be seen and heard, leaving me feeling deeply uncomfortable, unsafe, and violated. It was impossible to sleep, and I ultimately had to leave prematurely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and the hostel seemed to have no mechanisms in place to address such incidents. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless they implement stricter measures to ensure guest safety and enforce basic standards of respect in shared spaces. I’ve since complained to the hostel who have taken no interest in replying to my message, but has simply declined giving a refund. This leaves me with no option but to leave a bad review.

It was very basic and clean. It was a 10 minute walk to the subway which we used often. We didn't like paying for parking. They charged a lot and it wasn't even secure. The entrance to the building was not nice and the reception area often had people laying on chairs and couches and was very noisy.

Da vi lander og kommer ind bliver vi mødt af en meget dårlige talende receptionist. Da vi er 3 der skal sove på værelset, fortæller hun ikke at vi skal ha sengelinned med fra hende og op på værelset, da det åbenbart ikke er klaret for os som det er på alle andre steder, hvis man er 3.. så må ned efter det inden vi skal i byen og selv gøre det klar. Svært at få hjælp i receptionen

Der var meget lidt personale på arbejde og da vi onsdag aften skulle give besked om at varmen ikke virkede på værelse 409, måtte vi vente i 30 minutter, fordi der kun var én på arbejde, som skulle ringe til nogle ved hver eneste indtjekning. Klokken var omkring 22.45 og der sad en vagt ved skranken som jo ikke lavede noget. En gæst ønskede at købe noget i baren, men dette kunne ikke lade sig gøre, fordi receptionisten havde 4-5 stående i kø for at tjekke ind. Det virker som om I enten ikke har oplært jeres personale nok, at han var forholdsvis ny i job eller egentlig ikke rigtig havde lyst til at være på job den aften. Det skabte en meget dårlig stemning blandt de der ventede på hjælp. Ud over dette er det et helt okay hotel at bo på
