Manque d'hygiène dans les toilettes communes, très sales vers la piscine et dans la discothèque. Ménage sommaire dans la chambre uniquement le sol et pas sous les lits. Présence de poussière depuis un moment. Pas de télévision, elle est payante tout comme le coffre fort. Obligée d'acheter des lingettes desinfectantes. Absence de fruit frais au repas. Pastèque à tous les repas. Jus d'orange frais payant le matin à 2 euros soit 6 dinars le verre. Absence de fruit et de yaourt au goûter des enfants que des gâteaux secs. Plage pas nettoyée, présence de verre cassé. Le spa est à rafraîchir, presence de tâches d'humidité au niveau du plafond dans la salle avant la hammam. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, a été signalé mais rien. Il manque le wifi dans la chambre. L'accueil est très bien. Les animations sont sympas. Les massages au spa sont de qualité. La nourriture est correcte. La piscine n'est pas chauffée. Le café et le thé le matin sont imbuvables. Je conseille de le faire soi même. Comparer en dehors de l'hôtel pour les excursions et le transfert vers l'aéroport, moins chères. J'ai du payer à l'hôtel l'impression de mes confirmations de billets d'avion 4 feuilles 4 dinars. La propreté reste le point noir de cet établissement.
