Welcome to this wonderful home located in an attractive area of Zarautz, next to the sports center and a big supermarket, all in a large area with views of the city and green areas that can be enjoyed from the enormous terrace of the penthouse of the home. A unique space in which to enjoy your breakfast, meal, reading or simply to take a breath of fresh air in a covered space without the risk of getting wet, which keeps privacy away from prying eyes. If we add to this the comfort of being a home with an elevator, heating, air conditioning and, above all, that it has a spacious closed garage for two vehicles, something that is greatly appreciated in Zarautz in summer, we can say that it is a place ideal to spend a well-deserved vacation.



Because Zarautz is not just sun and beach. Is much more. In addition to lots of surfing, enjoyable on the longest beach in Gipuzkoa, you can enjoy trails and nature walks among txakolí vineyards, it has gastronomy with the Argiñano family at the helm, lively streets and an exceptional market with local products. It has culture, heritage, history... An endless number of activities of all kinds throughout the year that you will be able to enjoy with a space close to the city center and with the comfort of having a garage in case you are interested in getting to know the rest of the territory, since The exit to the highway is close and you can get to San Sebastián in a quarter of an hour, or to Bilbao in less than an hour.

Santuiturri is a very spacious home with capacity for 5 people distributed in three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet and the other with a shower. All rooms are exterior with lots of natural light. Some with access to the aforementioned terrace, or with large windows from where you can see a large park. Of the three bedrooms, one has a double bed, another with two single beds together and a third with a trundle bed ideal for children. The living room is spacious with two sofas with two modules each and a kind of chill out corner as a prelude to the terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all types of appliances, including a dishwasher. All in a warm and comfortable house with all the necessary facilities for the enjoyment of the house. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning and heating, elevator and garage for an ideal house to disconnect in Zarautz.
